Salary: from £11.44+holiday pay/hour and upwards + enhancements

While we support adults and children needing care generally, we are also specialists in giving support to those who need palliative and end-of-life care. We are driven by doing things right and doing the right things to help clients with their daily needs and support in their own homes. This includes help with medications, personal care, meal planning and preparation, and even household chores. At times, we may be called on to provide general companionship and we are always professional in all we do as we are led by Senior Experienced Nurses.


Are you able to:

  • Be reliable, dependable, have integrity and a strong work ethic and passionate about what you do

  • Be compassionate, kind, show dignity and respect & always treat people with professionalism

  • Committed to providing the highest standard of care.

  • Look after clients’ best interests, and confidentiality and adhere to the care and support plans.

  • Be open to always creating improvements and how we all can do better.

  • Start and/or may have already completed the Care Certificate or hold NVQ level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.

  • Have excellent English and ability to communicate verbally and have good written skills.

  • Work flexibly within a busy, demanding environment with the ability to develop new skills and working patterns; (full/part-time and alternate weekend hours are expected)

  • Work alone and work as part of a team.

  • Have a full driving license; have vehicle access and/or be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.

  • Agree to an enhanced DBS check.

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
